Outdoor cinemas, go-cart track, fishing trips, daily cruises and horse riding, health club gymnasium. There are many nightclubs, bars, cafes, restaurants with international cuisine, traditional family run meat and fish tavernas, many specialist restaurants are now available - for instance in Marathi there is a large taverna which only uses organic and locally produced foods. French, Italian, Mexican and Chinese restaurants can also be found, ouzeries, cafenions (traditional places to meet, drink coffee or ouzo, play tavli (backgammon) or cards.
- A sailing club which also offers sailing and swimming lessons for children. The Archilichos which shows films in the winter, acts as a theatre, art gallery, exhibition and concert hall. Classical music concerts also take place in the grounds of the beautiful Byzantine Ekatontapiliani church traditional music and dancing is performed by local Dance Groups. Many small art galleries, new library and museum.
Beach clubs at Pounda Beach (near Piso Livadi) which also has bungee jumping, Parosporos (near Paroikia), Monasteri Beach Kolymbithres and Farangas (near Aliki). The larger hotels offer tennis and basketball as well as swimming facilities. Centres for watersports can be found in Drios,-Golden Beach, Pounda (near Antiparos ferry) and Santa Maria (near Naoussa) they offer tuition and equipment hire for scuba diving, sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, paragliding and waterskiing, an amusement park with waterslides etc at Kolymbithres which can be reached also by water-taxi from Naousa little port.
Look out for posters advertising stage and music productions at local theatres. There is a small but beautiful amphitheatre near Drios an indoor theatre at Naoussa as well as the Archilichos in Paroikia.
